This year, I have decide to teach some of specific part of patisserie. So I will be running workshop with different them each week on subject that I get the most request.
This one is all about yeasted layered dough (croissant, viennoiserie ), brioche and a bit about puff pastry .
You will be here for approximately 3 hours, this is a hands on classes with a maximum of 6 people per group so I can spend enough time with everyone.
This session is priced at £50, which will includes recipe and some of your baked goodies.
